I learnt that parasites and epiphytes are intrinsically different.

  1. Dear Deidhre,

I am your cousin Beau’s wife Tricia. I hope you are well.

I also find the opposites in art appealing. Elegance v degradation. One interesting artist we had visit an theory class worked with sculpture and meat. Her organisational skill were put to the test as I am sure you can imagine. I found my feelings of the displays mixed but fascinated.

When studying, I did a series of works of A3 acrylic works on W/C paper that involved flowers wounded by mishaps and so imperfect and rejected. I found them very rewarding to do. Unfortunately few others had the same opinion.

I sometimes think I might do them again. Perhaps the world is a little more ready for them.

I have been doing small collages for quite some time now.

If you wish I can send you a pic.

    Regards

    Tricia Philp.

    1. Hi Tricia

Yes, I can’t see anything but binary in the world at the moment.

Your series of flowers (rejected) sounds really interesting.

I’d love to see a pic of what you are working on at the moment!

      Cheers

    2. Hello Deidhre,

I would like to show you my remaining painting on ‘Still Beautiful Regardless” and my latest Small Collage but I am not sure how to send you photos on this media

Also I adore your flora pictures. Did you ever make the textiles with these I would wear them or have them in my home decor.

      Tricia.
